Jen and I whipped up some excellent home cooking for Valentine’s Day yesterday. The feast consisted of linguine with feta, basil, and pine nuts, grilled scallops wrapped in prosciutto, grilled marjoram tomatoes, and a homemade bakewell tart for desert! Much of the food came from Saturday Market as well as Roberts & Speight in Beverley, and most of the recipes were from the excellent Gordon Ramsay book, Cooking for Friends.
