This isn’t a politically motivated post, but the Presidential election has had me thinking.
What are you doing right now and where do you want to go in the next 10 years because it’s up to you to make it happen.
Ten years ago Barack Obama was starting his 3rd year in the Illinois state legislature. Since then he’s exploded onto the national stage with a rousing speech at the 2004 democratic convention. He won a seat in the US senate, and now he’s about to become the 44th President of the United States.
This is an exceptional case of course, but there’s still no reason the same can’t apply to us. Black or white, rich or poor, young or old, there isn’t time for excuses.
Your path need not be as crystal clear as ‘I want to be the President of the United States’ and unexpected events will certianly change things along the way but we can still work toward some abstract goal.
Maybe it’s to setup a small business or start working in a new field. Maybe it’s to retire comfortably or go back to school. Whatever it is, nows the time to take a look at where you want to be. Not because it’s New Years, but because we’ve once again been reminded, that anything is possible.

I believe it! Anything is possible! Cant wait to experience the next 10 years together!!!
Thanks for the motivation and Happy New Year!
Glad to be motivating you for a change after the marathon last year!
