6 Month Running Update

6 months down and 1 to go. The Marathon is 28 days out and I have one more week of serious training left followed by a 3 week taper. I’ve been absolutely beat lately so taper is going to be a treat!
In the last month I’ve added on 145 miles, nearly 24 hours, and 21,450 calories burned.
Current totals after 6 months:
